The Azkals lost to Kuwait, 3-0, in the first leg of their FIFA World Cup qualifying match. The Kuwait National Football team trumped the Philippine Azkals early Sunday morning (Philippine Time) at the 25,000-seater Mohammad Al-Hammad (Qadsia Club) stadium in Hawally. Yousef Nasser opened the scoring board in the sixteenth min, Musaed Neda made it 2-0 in the 65th minute and lastly, Fahed Al-Ibrahim hit the final score for Kuwait in the 85th minute.
